Office Volunteers answer the phone, stock shelves, sell literature, and greet people who visit Central Office for information or to buy literature.

Central Office is the term most often used to describe the office of Al-Anon & Alateen of Central Ohio.

Officially, Central Office is an Al-Anon Information Service (AIS) and an Literature Distribution Center (LDC). The purpose of an Al-Anon Information Service is to aid the Al-Anon and Alateen groups it serves in the common purpose of carrying the Al-Anon message to the families and friends of alcoholics.

What is Intergroup?

The purpose of the Intergroup Committee is to assist Central Office in serving Al-Anon and Alateen groups of Central Ohio. The Intergroup Committee is made up of Al-Anon and Alateen members who do service as Group Representatives (GRs), District Representatives (DRs), Officers, Coordinators, and the Central Office Committee.
